Help Desk Technician
- Responsibilities
- Perform PC troubleshooting
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the user
- Hardware monitoring, configuration and support
- Windows software support and deployment
- Creating and maintaining the documentation
- Level 1 user support
- Requirements
- Experience as a help desk technician or other IT support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving mindset
- Willing and able to relocate to Frankfurt am Main area, Germany.
- Pluses
- MacOS and Linux knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory
