In a survey conducted by Universum, Crytek has been named as one of the most attractive employers of 2013, landing on number 12 in the IT sector.
A little over 22,700 students participated in the survey, evaluating over 70,500 employers between November 2012 and March 2013. Students were targeted according to their main field of study and companies were divided into four sectors: IT, Business, Engineering, and Natural Sciences. The aim of this annual survey is to reveal how attractive an employer is among students, enabling employers to track and set targets for measuring their level of employer appeal.
Crytek currently employs over 800 people from all over the world. Even though the headquarters are in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, there are also offices in Kiev (Ukraine), Budapest (Hungary), Sofia (Bulgaria), Seoul (South Korea), Nottingham (United Kingdom), Shanghai (China), Istanbul (Turkey), and Austin (USA).
