Requirements:
 

• Excellent MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge (7+ years of professional experience)
• Profound knowledge with Development of database organized Webapplications
• Adept with AJAX
• Adept with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience with image editing (Adobe Photoshop preferred)
• Strong technical background (Bachelor degree+)
• Working as part of a team experience
• Good technical English writing/reading skills and excellent English verbal communication skills
• Project Lead experience
• Experience managing teams with more than 3 developers.

Pluses:
 

• Additional language & web tools experience (C++, C#, J2EE, CGI, Perl, Flash)
• Experience implementing and deploying “Web 2.0” applications
• Experience implementing and deploying eCommerce solutions
• Excellent object-oriented design skills
• Understands multi-tiered architectures, and principles of code optimization
• Bug-tracking systems familiarity
• Version-control systems (Perforce, SVN, CVS, VSS) familiarity
• Familiar with *nix platforms, especially web servers

• Assess resource requirements to meet project deadlines
• Support and participate in the HR process to hire web developers in order to meet project needs
• Mentor and manage other web developers participating in the development
