QA Lead/Senior

Requirements:

3y+ experience in the games industry
Shipped at least 2 high-profile titles on multiple platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience with multiplatform testing procedures
Experience with console certification procedures
Experience training new QA personnel
Experience creating test plans
Experience coordinating with other test departments (publisher/developer side) and external testing groups
Experience testing multiplayer games
Willing to relocate to Budapest, Hungary
Takes initiative and is willing to expand his own horizon
Passion for making games
Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards streamlining the QA process
Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

Give regular status reports on build quality and performance
Performs analysis and examination of entertainment media and associated material as assigned by the QA Project Lead.
Performing and supervising testing on games, editors and other software to verify proper function, data content, performance, usability/playability and hardware/software compatibility.
Follows and overlooks Test Plan to release software on time and with know quality.
Communicate directly to project leads about quality issues.
Train new QA personnel.
Ensuring bug reports are written clearly and accurate, detailing anomalies found and the stops required to repeat those anomalies.
Verifying fixes are implemented correctly throughout the product cycle.
Establish testing procedures.
Oversee certification processes.
Continue to enhance leadership and communications skills.
Directly responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by manager with accountability and responsibility defined prior to the commencement of these duties.
The safeguarding of the company's assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how.
Provide input to department project status meetings.
Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity.
