Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in game development.
- Minimum of 1 shipped AAA title on next gen consoles (PS3, Xbox 360).
- Good communication and organizational skills, able to easily present ideas and information to the team.
- The ability to self manage your own time and work in an open structured cross discipline team environment.
- The maturity to be responsible for you own actions and be able to admit your own mistakes .
- Ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback.
- Open-minded to new ideas and concepts.
- Passionate gamer.
- Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development.
- Fluent in C++, strong software engineering and debugging skills.
- STL Experience.
Preferences:
- Working knowledge of CryEngine.
- Experience in scrum development environments.
- Console network code experience.
- Low level optimization.
- Experience dealing with TRC/TCR issues.

- Supervise and mentor Junior Programmers on the team.
- Explore new technologies on the given platforms to achieve best possible results.
- Define and improve work flow and processes together with the Technical Director.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve realistic project objectives.
