Responsible for the overall architecture
Responsible for:
Teams timing delivery of agreed functionality.
Workflow and tools usability and efficiency.
Overall quality and conformance (standards, architecture, documentation, code reusability and bug fixing)
Seek and develop solutions for the current production or usability bottlenecks.
Collaborate with other parties (teams, studios, 3rd parties,etc..).
Support the Manager recruiting and expanding the team.
Mentoring of other team members

5+ years of experiencs
Proficiency in software design:
System architecture
Algorithms
Strong understanding of:
Game Editor Tools
Data processing pipelines
Algorithms
Workflow and performance impacts
Outstanding C and C++: programming and debugging.
STL Experience.
3D Math Knowledge
GUI programming knowledge (preferred MFC or Win32 API)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties.
Pluses:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, a similar degree or comparable experience
Experience with consoles
Experience using and writing plug-ins for DCC applications (3ds, Maya, XSI, Photoshop, etc…)
Experience with scripting languages
Experience with multi-threading
Experience in a senior or lead tools or pipeline engineering role in the games industry.
Experience of C#, .NET, Lua, Python, MaxScript, web technologies, databases and any other potentially useful technology for tool chain or pipeline enhancement and optimization.
